Dear Kuriyama-san

I noticed that you have made a change to the port and posted it. I have
downloaded and built on 4.10 and 5.3 and all is well with both - for
example:

IF-MIB::ifPhysAddress.1 = STRING: 0:80:c8:b9:64:45
IF-MIB::ifPhysAddress.2 = STRING: 0:80:c8:b9:64:46
IF-MIB::ifPhysAddress.3 = STRING: 0:80:c8:b9:64:47
IF-MIB::ifPhysAddress.4 = STRING: 0:80:c8:b9:64:48
IF-MIB::ifPhysAddress.5 = STRING: 0:30:1b:7:72:7a
IF-MIB::ifPhysAddress.6 = STRING:
IF-MIB::ifPhysAddress.7 = STRING:
IF-MIB::ifPhysAddress.8 = STRING:
IF-MIB::ifPhysAddress.9 = STRING:
IF-MIB::ifPhysAddress.10 = STRING:

Very many thanks.
