Can maildrop and courier-imap coexist?

I do use the base sendmail+courier-imap+maildrop, I just never noticed the 
conflicts because I never built maildrop WITH_USERDB/WITH_MAILDIRQUOTA... 
cleaning this up would be good indeed.
