What are duplicate INDEX entries and why do I have them?

# That's normal and harmless. It happens because you've got
# WANT_APACHE2=yes set in /etc/make.conf (or equivalent), and because
# you've got GTK2 and imlib installed.
Could the reason be slightly different? There's no WANT_APACHE2 anywhere
I can see, but I have apache2 installed, and there's
apache2_enable="YES" in /etc/rc.conf.
Thanks for the explanation! I can sleep much better now :-)
