autoconf problems on 5.3-BETA4

If textproc/intltool were packaged correctly this wouldn't happen.
I see the maintainer is gnome at FreeBSD.org.  Send a note to that email,
if no one there wants to fix it, then I'll submit a pr if you remind me.
