[UPDATE/FIX] mail/p5-Mail-Tools: (outdated => distfile disappeared)

Hi list/maintainer(s),
next port found that isn't working correctly.
No mirror has the distfile for 1.62 (seems like this version disappeared 
from every mirror, even ftp.freebsd.org).
So i updated the version to 1.64 and its working again, patch attached 
(this time tested _before_ sending the patch... i've got coffee ;-)).
