[ruby18] bus error when updating portsdb

I don't have the time right now to take care of this, but a possible
workaround is to add the following line to pkgtools.conf:

    ENV['PORTS_DBDRIVER'] = 'dbm_hash'

Patching portsdb.rb and changing the default value would work too.
