Same here:

Seems to be somehow port-specific since there are ports which upgrade 
without any probs and some produce these errors (e.g. kdebase, gtkhtml, 
gnomevfs, p5-MIME-Base64, OpenSP, imlib). This happens on an 
4-stable-system:
