There is no need to depend on the latest version of tcllib either. If 
the system has an earlier version installed already, tkabber can -- most 
likely -- use that.
Unfortunately, RUN_DEPEND-ing simply on 
${LOCALBASE}/lib/tcllib*/pkgIndex.tcl does not either :-( Any suggestions?
