FreeBSD Port: xine-0.99.2, required manual "kill -9 " to terminate

Forgive the intrusion...I note that after I leave XINE by typing 'q' in the
image window, that the window and GUI disappear.
However, XINE is still running (taking CPU cycles). I've been doing a 'PS
UAX | GREP XINE' then 'KILL -9 PID' to remove the process.

I'm running FreeBSD 4.10 compiled for SMP and EXT2 support.

XINE-CHECK shows no obvious problems.

tnx

mike
