<dsimader at sql-ledger.org>, who submitted a port of SQL-Ledger a couple 
of years ago:

I'm not sure why the port was never committed - the archives are not 
clear on that point - but it might be a Good Thing (tm) to ask him to 
re-submit an updated version.
