cadaver

/usr/ports/www/cadaver is updated to 0.22.2 according to the makefile, 
but the only tarballs and .tgz's available are 0.22.1 (on 
FreeBSD.org)  The master site is http://www.webdav.org/cadaver but it 
appears to be down.

There is no maintainer for the port.  

Would it be appropriate to do a send-pr for this?  How would one go 
about getting the latest version tarball and tgz onto 
ftp.freebsd.org?  What steps would I take to become the maintainer 
for this port?
