FreeBSD Port: apr-1.0.0

This port doesn't build.
I tried modifying the master site list, and upgrading to 1.0.1,
but when I tried to install it, it started asking for patches (which is 
currently beyond
my knowledge of the ports system), so I threw in the towel.
