security/swatch failure after upgrade to swatch-3.1.1_1

  freebsd-4.8
  
  1. portupgrade had overwritten /usr/local/etc/rc.d/swatch.sh,
  that's bad...
  2. after inserting corresponding vars to /etc/rc.conf
   /usr/local/etc/rc.d/swatch.sh start - starts swatch in foreground,
   so have to fix /usr/local/etc/rc.d/swatch.sh
  3. /etc/rc.conf: swatch_1_pidfile="/var/run/swatch.pid" = this
  option seems to be ignored, so /usr/local/etc/rc.d/swatch.sh stop
  has no sense
