KDE 3.3.1 committed to ports

Postponed multiple times for various reasons, KDE 3.3.1 is now available in 
ports. At the same time, KOffice has been updated to version 1.3.4.

KDE 3.3.1 is a bugfix release, for a list of changes see

Packages are immediately available for i386 4-STABLE, 5-STABLE (including 
5.3-RELEASE) and 6-CURRENT from http://rabarber.fruitsalad.org
