Replacing 

USE_AUTOCONF_VER= 253

by

USE_AUTOCONF_VER= 257

fixes the build for me as well as Tilmans solution. If Tilman is correct
and this is a temporary breakage, I'll wait with a pr until the next
(minor) version of freetds is released (which will be quite soon, I
think).
