speedy-CGI and Command 'apxs -q CC' failed

FreeBSD-STABLE

errors building CGI-SpeedyCGI-2.22 from /usr/ports  - any clues what I am
doing wrong here?

Stop in /usr/ports/www/p5-CGI-SpeedyCGI.
