databases/db42 doesn't build after last commit

After last commit of databases/db42/Makefile

Remove redundant definition of MASTERDIR (sets MASTERDIR back to default).

it cannot be compiled:

"Makefile", line 19: Could not find /Makefile.db
make: fatal errors encountered -- cannot continue

Please revert, or other solution, because MASTERDIR is defined in
bsd.port.mk, and is not accesible from this Makefile.

P.S. Please test all changes at least for trivials errors. For this I
use automatic build scripts (wrote myself).
