What to do with rcNG-script?

I'm trying to update the dnsmasq-port in order to support rcNG. I created a
dnsmasq.sh file that uses the variable dnsmasq_enable defined in
etc/rc.conf.

My problem is, what to do with this file?


I do not have webspace to host this file, so I asked the coder of dnsmasq if
it is ok to include it in the original source code.

Would it be possilbe to include the startup-file in the freebsd-cvs?
