port question (specifically perl)

hey there, i'm busy trying to put some ports together (for the ports 
tree as opposed to cpan) and wanted to know who i could speak to about 
getting them tested thoroughly before submission.

incarnation i'm working on (still not sure where it should go, devel/ or 
textproc/)
