linux_base-7.1_7 is broken... please fix...

the current distinfo.i386 calls for
MD5 (rpm/rpm-4.0.2-8.i386.rpm) = 7c19ebfcbb9079ce77b9aa2d33c26ff2
SIZE (rpm/rpm-4.0.2-8.i386.rpm) = 1343714

but it fails to execut the rpm-4.0.2-8.i386 script (as it returns when
 it errors).

i notice that at http://www.freebsd.org/ports/emulators.html, it states 
that it wants rpm-3.0.6_9...
can i just edit the above lines to be:

MD5 (rpm-3.0.6.tar.gz) = 71961a796fbb04d2cf22a37337b63da8
SIZE (rpm-3.0.6.tar.gz) = 1646191

???  if so, can ya fix it for everyone else?  if not, can ya fix it?
