New portmgr members

[Joe Marcus Clarke]

The Port Management Team is very pleased to announce that Mark Linimon
<linimon at FreeBSD.org>, Oliver Eikemeier <eik at FreeBSD.org>, and Kirill
Ponomarew <krion at FreeBSD.org> have answered the calling, and have joined
portmgr.  All three are very active in infrastructure discussions on
ports@, and have contributed greatly to the direction and management of
the ports tree.  We are happy to have them on board.

On a sadder note, Steve Price <steve at FreeBSD.org>, Akinori MUSHA
<knu at FreeBSD.org>, Maxim Sobolev <sobomax at FreeBSD.org>, and Mario Sergio
Fujikawa Ferreira <lioux at FreeBSD.org> have retired from portmgr.  We
thank them for their hard work over the years.
