FreeBSD Port: apcupsd-3.10.13

Good morning!

I'm trying to get apcupsd working with my usb-based APC UPC.  I see
(digging through the commit history on this port) that earlier this year,
in January, usb support was missing.  Has that changed, to your
knowledge?  If not, then it explain the lack of "worky-ness".  If it
should work, then I can start with the debugging process.
