palm/jpilot WITH_GTK2=yes does not compile on 4.10-RELEASE-p1

My fault. There was a bug report on jpilot.org

After applied the patch form the report make install works :-)

To compile address_gui.c you need a C99 capable compiler, perhaps there is a
another way too.
