New pkgdb -F problems

# pkgdb -F

# portsdb -fu

This is on 5.1-C as of may 30, with ruby-1.8.1.2004.05.02
ruby18-bdb1-0.2.2 and portupgrade-20040701_1.

I removed ruby ruby18-bdb and portupgrade, and reinstalled, but that did
not help.

Anyone ?
