FreeBSD Port: pf_freebsd

Hello.

Please take advantage of the new rc system in the latest versions of
FreeBSD. This will, with proper adjustments, make it possible for pf to
become fully integrated into the boot process, and started at the best
possible time in respect to other networking services.
Also, allow users to simply supply command-line options to pflogd via
rc.conf.
