compress a freebsd .tbz port.

hello,
i downloaded "abc.tbz" extracted and changed the
version of apache in the +CONTENTS  of a package. I
know have all the package files in a directory.  How
do I go about compressing the package files back to a
useable "abc.tbz" format.
