Porter's Handbook incomplete

Folks,

as I have sent a porter's handbook related PR as a "doc" PR, I'd like to
make sure it gets the right attention. It's easy to fix. Please see

This is what it is about:
Look at http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/porters-handbook/makefile-depend.html

It describes, in separate sections, each of
{LIB_,RUN_,BUILD_,FETCH_,}DEPENDS, but lacks EXTRACT_DEPENDS as used for
example by archivers/zip/Makefile.
