FreeBSD Port: irssi-0.8.9 + Proxy

	Hi.. i saw on FreshPorts that you were the maintainer for the Irssi 
port.... I think there is a problem with irssi if you compile it with 
proxy support. Whenever i try to load the proxy i get the following 
error messages:

09:42 -!- Irssi: Proxy: Listen in port 4881 failed: Protocol not 
supported
09:42 -!- Irssi: Proxy: Listen in port 4882 failed: Protocol not 
supported
09:42 -!- Irssi: Proxy: Listen in port 4883 failed: Protocol not 
supported
09:42 -!- Irssi: Proxy: Listen in port 4884 failed: Protocol not 
supported
09:42 -!- Irssi: Proxy: Listen in port 4885 failed: Protocol not 
supported
09:42 -!- Irssi: Proxy: Listen in port 4886 failed: Protocol not 
supported
09:42 -!- Irssi: Loaded module proxy/irc

I think maybe it has something to do w/ binding ports on freebsd, i'm 
not sure though.

If you could look into this, it would be great.
