qmails uid clashes with msql uid

I just noticed in the list of reserved uids
(http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/porters-handbook/book.html#DADS-UID_
that the qmails and msql users both use uid 87.

Since msql is unmaintained it should probably change.
