the latest statistics on the number of ports PRs

Some time back, we got to the point where there were less
ports PRs than kern PRs.  Now, we have just crossed the point
(758) where there are less ports PRs than *bin* PRs.  I want
to specifically thank krion, pav, sergei, marcus, edwin, and
a cast of many others for their recent work in chopping down
the backlog.

Oh yeah, we're down to a half-dozen maintainer-updates, too.
