portupgrade/pkgdb problem

Hi,
	
	As described in
http://www.freshports.org/commit.php?message_id=200402261920.i1QJK9DA070598@repoman.freebsd.org,
I've reinstalled portupgrade-\*.

And now when I try to run portupgrade I have such error:

What's wrong?
