FreeBSD ports: 1 unfetchable distfiles: sysutils/luma

Dear Bill,

I've just tested downloading of luma source file (luma-1.2.tar.bz2) 
from http://us.dl.sourceforge.net/luma/ - it DOES work! The web-site of 
the project (http://luma.sourceforge.net) mentioned in the pkg-descr, 
does work too!
