Lyx-1.3.4

I've noticed that the latest version of Lyx in the ports tree is listed
as broken. Yet the new release (1.3.4) builds and installs out of the
box on my machine

I will try to update the Lyx port myself (although this is the first
port I've ever done).

I have a vested interest in keeping it up to date as I use it heavily in
my work.
