distfile problems with dns/rbldnsd?

I just got an automated notice from the FennerBot indicating that
dns/rbldnsd may have unfetchable distfiles.  The problem page points me
to http://people.freebsd.org/~fenner/portsurvey/dns.html#rbldnsd which
says the source URLs were "Not checked" (Last actual result NEVER...).

I'm at a loss as to why I got this message.  Was this a distfile checker
hiccough that will vanish next run, or is there actually a problem?
