How I can cange ftp server name in command pkg_add -r

Hi

I am newbie in FreeBsd world before i use some linux like Suse, RedHat etc 
And Windows.
So now i try do use FreeBSD 5.2.1 RC2.

If i use command: bash# pkg_add -r mc-4.6.0_7(this is example) then my 
FreeBSD box try connect to...

ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/packages/

But thats not good for me because i am sit into the firewall and i can't use 
this solusion also i can't
use some proxy

I need information. What i must be change(some conf file or command).
I need solution, if i write pkg_add -r mc-4.6.0_7(this is example) then my
