devel/eric3 bento problem

>From the bento build log, eric3 didn't find py-qt port with qscintilla 
support, but the latest py-qt port has a lib-depend on qscintilla, which 
means on a user's system it shouldn't be a problem. And rebuilding the 
py-qt package will solve the eric3 compile problem.
