Hello!

Because I try to make a port of fabforce DBDesigner4 to FreeBSD, I needed some
new Linux RPMs in the ports tree. It seems, that there is no framework to easy 
integrate such port, and there is some redundant code over some several 
ports.

So I had the idea to build a makefile for Mk to make it easier to integtrate 
new Linux RPM based ports to FreeBSD.
