Why do we have both ghostscript-gpl and ghostscript-gnu?

There are some other issues. Ability of handling east-asian
charactors is degraded from 7.x to 8.x.

In other words, east-asian FreeBSD user won't be able to
use CUPS if cups-pstoraster port will be simply changed to
8.x codebase.
