IceWM: bsd daemon as the 'start' menu icon doesn't work

Hello to all,

For a long time that I doesn't see bsd daemon on the start menu. There
is a patch for this feature (files/patch-ai) but it doesn't work.

I googled and I found a PR from NetBSD that probably fixes this bug:

Can anyone aply this to our FreeBSD icewm port?
