That's good and all, but the existence of a Farsi Linux project isn't 
enough to warrant creation of a new FreeBSD ports category. Before a 
ports category is to be created for Farsi-related ports, Farsi-related 
ports have to exist.

If you want to see better Farsi support within the ports tree, start 
porting some of the applications you've named above. Submit them as PRs, 
get them committed to the ports tree. Work on porting the applications. 
If you need help with a specific issue while creating a port, this is 
the list to ask for help.
