moinmoin port

Hi Someone,
	The moinmoin port is out of date (1.2.4 vs 1.3.0), but probably
much more importantly than that, it doesn't work when installed out of the
box. I try to access /moin on the webserver and I get:

Not Found

The requested URL /moin/moin.cgi/ was not found on this server.

According to the Apache error log, it looks like moin.cgi was supposed to
end up in /usr/local/www/data/moin/ but it did not.
