libtool, not installing .la files?

Can't you just keep them this time? If you remove them (again), you're going
to cause lots of build failures for KDE users (again)...
At least bump PORTREVISION for the ports as they are now first and keep that
for a week or three so that all current libogg/libvorbis users will have the
libtool archives properly registered and will actually remove them with the
next update (or PORTREVISION bump).
