[patch] make index mirrorable

Don't know if this is wise. INDEX must be very fresh, and usual mirrors
mirror once a day, no? Also, it's placed on www.freebsd.org in special
way, mirrors don't get it in usual mirroring procedure.

It also explains why paper clips just lie there while you look at them,
