audio/faad depends on sdl, why ?

SDL is used for the mpeg4ip plugin and faad depends on mpeg4ip default.

since you mention it USE_SDL should probably only be used if 
WITHOUT_MPEG4IP is not defined. I'll submit a patch to do that. Thanks
