Hi,

In the process of doing yet another port, I found that libmad
is not in pkgconfig. The port I was working on was expecting it to be
there in pkgconfig. It seems to me that perhaps it wouldn't be a bad idea
to add it.

I have a proposed patch at http://heceta.db.net/~db/madplay.diff to
add it to pkgconfig.

Maintainer has already been emailed, but I have not had a reply.
