Yes.
you must use "apxs -e -A" at install _and_ deinstall stage, because
installing ports shouldn't disturb current configuration (you can "edit"
httpd.conf but you can't enable modules by default).
See www/apache2/Makefile.modules.3rd for "offical" way to deal with
apache modules in pkg-plist (look for ap-gen-plist: target)
