HEADS UP: Multiple bumps in KDE ports, new KDE ports and KOffice 1.3.2 committed

I've just committed a big lump of updates to various KDE ports. Mostly it's a
structural change: Almost all build switches are now factored out into
separate ports. To ease the update, PORTREVISION has been bumped in those
ports which have new dependencies now instead of build switches. The OPTIONS
have remained the same for easy migration - portupgrade should be able to
cope without any special tweaks.

For those who don't want to recompile it all, there are new packages available
at http://rabarber.fruitsalad.org, currently for i386 -STABLE and -CURRENT
(post-gcc 3.4!).

The -STABLE packages are still built against XFree86-4.3.0, they will be
updated in the next few days (portupgrade -P should still work for upgrading
the KDE bits). Packages for 5.2.1-RELEASE/i386 are currently being built and
will also be posted to http://rabarber.fruitsalad.org in the near future.

The update also includes several bugfixes and fixes for security issues, which
will be announced officially later today.
