error building ports index

I get the following error while trying to build my
ports index:  

'Updating the ports index ... Generating INDEX.tmp -
please wait...pymol-0.82.3:
"/usr/ports/graphics/Mesa3" non-existent -- dependency
list incomplete
===> biology/pymol failed
*** Error code 1
1 error' 

Any ideas why this would fail?

I'm running 4.8-RELEASE-p24 on a Pentium III 533 MHz.
