Trying to create a port - help needed

Looks like you didn't populate /var/tmp/polipo beforehand. See the
instructions at:
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/porters-handbook/porting-autoplist.html
You have to run that mtree command for /var/tmp/polipo before you can use it
as destination.
