net/coda* mega-update

Hello,

I would like to update coda-affiliated software to the
latest versions.
First attempt of mega-patch is available at
http://people.FreeBSD.org/~osa/mega-patch-coda

Patch do not ready to commit because do not affect coda*-clients.

So, I think we must update coda software to the latest version
before 5.3 code freeze.

Please review changes and drop me letter if something
bad/good/etc.
